Art for the Soul

Soothe your soul, expand your imagination and release your troubles away through colourful creative painting.

The aim is to improve mental health and maintain emotional well-being.  Art  for the soul can include a wide range of art materials and processes.  Your sessions could include activities such as working with clay, painting, creating a visual journal, and assembling a collage.

All meals here are served with the freshest ingredients available. Proper diet and nutrition provide many benefits like boosting the immune system, clearing out toxins and revitalizing your body.

If guests need a specific meal adjustment due to medical or dietary requirements, we will do our best to accommodate. Please make us aware of this before arriving.

For those who never tried yoga before don’t fret, yoga can be customised to suit all levels from complete beginners to the more advanced. Yoga is a group of physical, mental and spiritual practices or disciplines which orientated in ancient India.  Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation.
